At Noble House, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair and overall experience at the salon. As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take a healthy, realistic approach to achieve your hair goals.

 
 

POLICIES

 

+ Cancellations

Colour/Specialty appointments (over 2+ hours): We require 48 hour notice to Cancel or Make Changes to all colour appointments, as well as any appointment over 2+ hours. If 48 hours is not given a $50 late cancellation charge will be applied to your credit card.

Haircut/Styling appointments: We require 24 hour notice to cancel or make changes to all haircut or styling appointments. If 24 hours notice is not given, a $25 late cancellation charge will be applied to your credit card.

+ No-Show

Missed appointments will result in a "no-show" fee, and you will be charged 100% of the missed service total. Your account will be blocked from our online booking system, and if you'd like to book with us in the future, you will have to call the salon. 604-898-0772

+ Running Late

Please be aware if you are more than 15 mintues late for your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that we can proceed with the service. In that case, you will be charged $25 inconvenience fee for cuts, and $50 for colour. If you are 15 minutes late for a 15 minute appointment, you will be charged the full service total.

 
 

+ Credit Card Information

At both Noble House and Pricked x NH we require credit card information prior to accepting your appointment request. We will send you a secure joform via email or text, to fill out your personal information & once that is completed, your appointment will be accepted. If you do not have a credit card or are uncomfortable providing your information, we also accept a 25% deposit that will go towards your service total upon checkout.

We only require your information once, and this is not a form of payment. Your card will only be charged in cases of a late cancellation or no-show, in which we will call prior to inform you about the charge.

+ COVID-19 Protocol

At our establishments, we follow the Covid-19 health regulations put in place by the BC Government. At this time, masks are optional for our guests and service providers and we have masks available at the front desk if you wish you wear one. We continue to sanitize in between clients and ensure a safe, clean work space for yourself and our team.

+ Do I need a hair consultation?

We strongly suggest booking a complimentary 15 minute consultation so that you and your Stylist are on the same page. Especially if you are new to NH, we want to make sure that your expectations are met when it comes to the overall outcome, as well as experience we pride outselves on here. Within your consultaion, please feel free to bring in photos so your vision is clear and this way your Stylist is sure to be on the same page moving forward and will be able to price your service accordingly.

+ What's Vagaro and why do I need it?

Vagaro is our online booking system which allows you to create a personal profile, book/adjust your appointments and add family members. We recommend downloading the Vagaro App for easy access to any upcoming appointments & Vagaro will also send out reminders and easy to add links right to you calendar so you never miss an appointment.

+ Why are the prices different for each Stylist/Barber?

We are a level based salon. Our artists charge according to the demand on their time as well as there experience. All of our staff is certified and professional. We constantly level up with continued education as a priority, so no matter who's char you land in, we promise you are in good hands. We are also a teaching salon, so our Artists all work together to ensure the best result while having each others back. You and the end result are our top priority, no egos here.

+ Where are you located?

Noble House is located in the Adventure Plaza beside Joe Pestos. For the ice cream lovers, we are just a few doors from the new Alice & Brohm. If you have trouble finding us, please give us a call and we will help direct you : 604-8989-0772.

 
 

+ I rode my bike, where can I leave it?

Located at the entrance of the Adventure Plaza parking lot you will see a bike rack, just steps away from our front door.

+ How do I put my name on the waitlist?

There are two ways to add yourself to our waitlist. Check out our Vargo booking app and select the appointment you want, if it isnt available you will be asked if you'd like to add your name to the waitlist. If you're all thumbs when it comes to computers, give us a call! We will gladly help you out.

+ Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?

Don't get us wrong, we LOVE children. However, as there is limited space and cannot assess the safety of the salon at all times (chemicals, sharp objects etc.), we ask you to make alternate arrangment for your child.

+ Where do I park?

There is a parking lot just out front of Noble House & Pricked x NH, that you are welcome to use, free of charge. You can also find 2 hour street parking on 2nd Ave or at the Shoppings Drug Mart in the Chieftain Centre Mall and safetly walk across the street to us!
