Front Desk Coordinator (full-time)

Are you highly organized, people-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced, beauty-driven environment? We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our salon.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, service, and creating exceptional experiences. You'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, improving efficiency, supporting our team, and helping showcase our salon online.

  • As our Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations while supporting salon systems, guest experience, retail sales, inventory management, and team communication.

  • Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations

    → Book, confirm, and optimize guest appointments.

    → Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online.

    → Manage front desk operations, retail payments, and guest check-outs.

    → Support guests and staff with daily operations and internal communication.

    Daily Operations & Scheduling

    → Manage daily schedules for stylists and service providers to optimize salon flow.

    → Help maintain efficient day-to-day operations and organization throughout the salon.

    System Development & Innovation

    → Design, create, and implement operational systems and procedures.

    → Continuously refine processes to maximize efficiency and elevate the guest experience.

    Product Knowledge & Retail Sales Support

    → Develop a strong understanding of our retail brands and product lines.

    → Educate guests on products and recommendations.

    → Support and drive retail sales at check-out.

    Inventory & Vendor Management

    → Order salon supplies and retail products.

    → Track inventory levels and maintain inventory systems.

    →Build and maintain positive vendor relationships.

    Social Media Support

    → Assist with creating simple social media content, including stories, posts, and behind-the-scenes moments.

    Salon Environment

    → Help maintain a clean, calm, professional, and organized salon environment.
